Module 1: Understanding stress and well-being

Understand what stress is and how it can lead to ill heath and a reduction in personal effectiveness.

Go on your own personal journey to better understand your thoughts and behaviour.

Identify the issues that prevent you being as healthy and effective as you would like to be.

Module 2: Helping yourself

Ideas, tips and techniques to help you deal with stress, develop a healthier lifestyle and adopt a more effective mind set.

We know that people have different needs and interests. So the course can be taken at two different levels:

General information

The course provides questionnaires and a quiz, and creates a personalised, printable action plan, together with certification of completion.

Each module can be studied as a stand alone programme.
