The personal learning modules produced by ApP Learning Academy can be purchased by organisations and accessed by staff at work, at home or wherever they have internet access. All work-related e-learning can be accessed directly from this web site or installed on a company intranet. In some cases it may also be possible to provide a CD version.

Employee monitoring
Using a pre-determined manager password it is possible for managers to monitor staff progress throughout a course. They do not actually see the answers staff are giving but using the password a manager can see:
- Who has started the course
- How far they have progressed
- Who has finished
